What is Krea Genic?

Our legendary Krea-Genic Caps contain high-quality creatine made in Germany, combined with an acid buffer to protect the creatine from chemical degradation and increase its stability.
Creatine is an endogenous substance that is found particularly in our muscles, but also in the nerve cells (neurons) and other tissues. In the cells, creatine serves as an additional energy storage that has the ability to recover the body's energy currency (adenosine triphosphate; ATP). If this storage is full, we can use more energy, e.g. during training, which increases our performance. The increased training performance increases the growth stimulus, which can have a positive effect on muscle growth² when combined with a protein-rich diet.

Why should I use Krea Genic Caps?

When it comes to performance enhancement, no other food supplement has been as well researched as creatine. The human body can produce creatine on its own, but not in the quantities required to improve physical performance. The amounts of creatine ingested through the consumption of animal products are also not sufficient for to achieve a performance-enhancing effect. Creatine has an excellent safety profile and is free of undesired side effects when taken in the recommended daily dosage.

When is the best time to take Krea Genic Caps?

The aim of taking creatine is to increase the creatine phosphate storage in the muscle cells. To achieve this, a regular intake is required. Previous recommendations of taking creatine in cycles (e.g. 6 weeks of intake, 6 weeks break) are outdated. We recommend a regular intake of 3 g creatine per day. This dose is scientifically proven to be effective and healthy.
Since the supplementation is all about filling up the storage, the time of intake is not really important. Many athletes like to take their creatine together with their post-workout shake. On non-training days, creatine can be taken with a meal or with a protein shake or any other beverage.
