Ingredients (for 4 servings ):

• 1 WEIDER L-Carnitine Water e.g. pineapple-mango

• 120 g berries or fruits of your choice

• ice cream molds


Preparation:

• Wash berries and place in a pot with 100 ml L-Carnitine Water.

• Finely chop with a hand blender.

• Simmer the berry mix for about 10 minutes and then strain it through a sieve.

• Partially fill the ice cream mold with the berry puree and leave to freeze in the freezer for 10 minutes.

• Then fill the ice molds completely with the L-Carnitine Water and let it freeze completely for approx. 2 hours.
