What is Krea-Genic Powder?

Our Krea-Genic powder contains high-quality creatine, made in Germany. The premium creatine is combined with an acid buffer to protect the creatine from chemical degradation. The intake of creatine increases the creatine storage in the (muscle) cells, resulting in more energy. In addition, our Krea-Genic provides important taurine, beta-alanine and calcium.
Creatine is a substance naturally produced by the body. It is found mostly in our muscles, but also in nerve cells, for example. Inside the cells, creatine serves as an additional energy store to regenerate the body's energy currency (adenosine triphosphate; ATP). If the creatine storage is full, we can use more energy (e.g. during training), which increases our performance. The increased training performance increases the growth stimulus, which in combination with a protein-rich diet, can have a positive effect on muscle growth².

When is the best time to take Krea-Genic powder?
