Ingredients for 6 glasses:

20 g WEIDER Protein 80 Plus
1 WEIDER Protein Cookie Caramel Chocolate
400 ml milk (1.5% fat)
40 g cornstarch
¼ teaspoon ground vanilla pod
250 g low-fat curd cheese
10-20 Flavor Powder Vanilla Pudding
30 g almond flakes
15 g coconut oil
30 g IMO syrup


Preparation:

1. Mix the cornstarch and 50 ml of milk in a cup. Bring the remaining milk to the boil briefly and then stir in the cornstarch. Allow the mixture to cool briefly, then fold in the protein powder and low-fat quark with a whisk. If desired, the pudding cream can be sweetened with flavor drops.


2. For the crispy almond flakes, mix the coconut oil and IMO syrup and simmer on a medium heat for 3-5 minutes. As soon as the mixture turns lightly brown, stir in the almonds and spread the hot mixture on baking paper.

3. Break the cookie into small pieces and layer it alternately with the pudding cream and almond brittle in 6 glasses, then refrigerate
